We received an excellent response and within three hours Terry Comley was on site in Willenhall and working to resolve the problem. Terry did an excellent job in both managing the on-site Customer (who was somewhat upset about being without voice for three days) and resolving the problem. Not only did he manage to restore the damaged ISDN2 line that had caused the loss of the sites voice service he was also able to repair the new PSTN that had been installed by Openreach and ensure that it was operational and located in the correct position.

With this in mind I'd like to pass on my thanks to Coview and especially Terry for acting so swiftly in attending site and resolving this problem before it could be blown up further into a more serious senior management escalation.
